Job Description

Are you a dedicated and experienced individual looking to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and young people? We are currently seeking a passionate Team Leader to join our residential childcare home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective leadership and guidance to a team of support staff.
  • Ensure the safety, welfare, and wellbeing of children and young people under your care.
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Promote a nurturing and supportive environment within the residential home.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Act as a positive role model and mentor to staff members.

Requirements:

Experience working within residential childcare settings.

  • Hold a Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
  • Possess strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a car is essential.
