Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective leadership and guidance to a team of support staff.
- Ensure the safety, welfare, and wellbeing of children and young people under your care.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Promote a nurturing and supportive environment within the residential home.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
- Act as a positive role model and mentor to staff members.
Requirements:
Experience working within residential childcare settings.
- Hold a Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
- Possess strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a car is essential.
