As a Team Leader (Residential), you’ll play a crucial role in supporting children and young people who have experienced trauma. Your dedication will help improve outcomes for these individuals, ensuring they receive the care and attention they deserve.

You’ll be working at our client’s homely residential home, offering 2 young people with EBD support and care. You’ll shifts are planned on a 4-week rolling rota, and will be required to work a variety of shifts including sleep ins.

As well as undertaking your weekly shifts, throughout the month there will also be occasions that you are on-call which will be on a rota basis and paid on top of your salary.

We are looking for:

• Experience working with children and young people
• Level 3 qualified in residential childcare
• Motivated to support children & young people who have suffered trauma
• Passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people
• Looking for a role with a caring and supportive company who place the child at the centre of everything we do
• Hold a full UK driving licence
