We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to join our residential parenting assessment team. This is a highly rewarding role where you’ll work closely with parents and their children, supporting families to develop essential life skills while ensuring children’s safety and wellbeing remain central throughout the assessment process.

You’ll need at least two years of experience in statutory childcare, along with a strong background in parenting assessments, multi-agency working, and providing evidence in court. You’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive team, using your skills and empathy to guide and assess parents effectively.
