Supported by a dedicated team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the lives of those under your care whilst working alongside the SLT to establish and set up new provisions.

Your Role:
- Lead the development of a brand new home
- Establish and maintain high care standards.
- Recruit, develop, and nurture residential teams.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Foster a positive and empowering environment for young people and your team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven track record managing ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ OFSTED regulated residential homes, either as a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager.
- Effective leadership styles, with a talent for team development.
- Hold a Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
- Willingness or attainment of Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people.
