As the Registered Manager, you will lead a team in providing exceptional care to children and young people with high-end, complex needs and mental health issues.

The home is part of a company renowned for its expertise in mental health, supported by a Senior Leadership Team of industry leaders. You will have the unique opportunity to work alongside Clinical Psychologists and Mental Health Leads, ensuring that both the young people and the staff receive the best possible support and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with OFSTED regulatory requirements.
• Team Development: Mentor and support a team of care professionals, fostering a positive and nurturing environment.
• Collaborative Approach: Work closely with Clinical Psychologists and Mental Health Leads to implement individualised care plans and therapeutic interventions.
