The Role – Registered Manager

• Become the Registered Manager of this 2 bedded home in Northampton, rated GOOD, dedicated for supporting children & young people with SEMH.
• As the Registered Manager, you will manage the day-to-day operations from the home. Including team leadership, budget management and ensuring you are working closely with your key stake holders.

The Package:

• You will be rewarded a salary of up to £60,000 depending on experience plus bonuses.

The Package:

• At least two years supervision experience in a management role (Deputy or Registered Manager) within a Ofsted registered residential home
• Ideally you will have experience supporting young people with EBD / SEMH / Challenging Behaviours
• Career driven, team player and a strong leader
• Willing or obtained a Level 5 in Leadership & Management
