We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 3-bedded home in Stafford for young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Supported by the Head of Clinical Services, Operations Manager, Responsible Individual (RI), and a dedicated care team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure a high standard of care for the young people in your care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards.
- Lead, mentor, and support the residential staff team to deliver quality care.
- Work closely with the clinical and operational teams to provide holistic, therapeutic support to the young people.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage the home’s budget effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent), with willingness to achieve Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in residential childcare, preferably with EBD.
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and experience leading successful inspections.
