Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring compliance with all OFSTED regulatory standards and promoting best practices in care.
- Team Development: Inspire, train, and mentor a dedicated team of care professionals, fostering a collaborative and positive work culture.
- Individualised Care: Work with Clinical Psychologists and Mental Health Leads to develop and implement tailored care plans for each resident.
