Registered Manager, Learning Disability – Wolverhampton

We are seeking a Registered Manager for a brand-new 5-bed home in Wolverhampton. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a medium-sized organisation that prides itself on delivering exceptional care and support to children and young people. With a wealth of experience and guidance from an expert senior management team, you will have all the tools and support needed to set up and run this home to the highest standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Taking the lead in the setup and registration of the home with Ofsted.
  • Building a nurturing and supportive environment for children and young people with learning disabilities.
  • Recruiting, leading, and developing a dedicated staff team to ensure outstanding care.
  • Managing all aspects of the home, including compliance with Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and budget management.
  • Driving occupancy levels to maximize the potential of the home and ensure sustainability.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s residential setting.
  • A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and experience with achieving Good or Outstanding outcomes.
  • Experience working with children and young people with learning disabilities.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent).
  • A passionate, motivated, and resilient leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.
