We’re seeking a strong Registered Manager to lead a beautifully presented, therapeutic 4-bed home supporting children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).
You’ll join a provider that invests in its people and has ambitious growth plans, offering scope to develop your career alongside the service.

You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, providing clear leadership and creating a safe, nurturing environment.
You’ll support and develop your team, maintain effective safeguarding practice and drive continuous improvement in the care young people receive.
We’re looking for an experienced leader with a background in children’s residential care, a sound understanding of Ofsted expectations and the confidence to set clear standards and hold others accountable. You’ll bring a therapeutic approach, strong safeguarding knowledge and a commitment to putting young people first.
