Service: Two-bed home for young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)

The Role
As the Registered Manager, you will:
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with Ofsted regulations
- Lead, motivate, and develop a committed staff team, fostering a positive and supportive culture
- Ensure each young person receives individualised care, tailored to their needs and aspirations
- Oversee safeguarding procedures and promote a culture of safety and well-being
- Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external professionals, local authorities, and families
About You
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children’s residential setting
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
- A deep understanding of Ofsted requirements and safeguarding regulations
- Passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable young people
- A track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings is desirable
