Service: Two-bed home for young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)

Are you an experienced and passionate leader looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? We are seeking a Registered Manager to oversee a high-quality two-bed residential home for young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

The Role

As the Registered Manager, you will:

  • Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with Ofsted regulations
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a committed staff team, fostering a positive and supportive culture
  • Ensure each young person receives individualised care, tailored to their needs and aspirations
  • Oversee safeguarding procedures and promote a culture of safety and well-being
  • Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external professionals, local authorities, and families

About You

  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children’s residential setting
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
  • A deep understanding of Ofsted requirements and safeguarding regulations
  • Passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable young people
  • A track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings is desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £55,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
