We are recruiting on behalf of a respected and values-driven provider for a Registered Manager to lead a newly renovated 3-bed EBD (Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties) home in Solihull.

Whether you are an experienced Registered Manager or a confident Deputy ready to step up, this is a exciting opportunity to manage a home from its opening day – with full support and professional development provided.

About the Home:

  • Fully refurbished and tailored to support three young people with emotional and behavioural needs
  • Peaceful, safe location in the Solihull area
  • Support from a full-time Responsible Individual (RI)
  • Ongoing clinical support provided by an experienced Psychotherapist for both staff and young people

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding care and support
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and high standards of practice
  • Create a therapeutic and nurturing home environment
  • Work in partnership with clinical and operational leadership to ensure the best outcomes for young people

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children’s residential care setting
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding, trauma-informed care, and leadership
  • Passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable children
  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards) preferred
