Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home (EBD) (Waltham Forest, London)

Job Description

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a brand-new children’s home with a forward-thinking provider?

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established children’s residential care organisation with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality support to young people with complex needs.

Since 2006, they have created safe, nurturing environments where children can thrive, develop confidence, and move toward independence.

This is a rare opportunity to open and lead a new 2-bed children’s home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) in Waltham Forest.

What makes this role different?

This provider operates a unique joint-management model, meaning the Registered Manager works alongside on-site senior social workers. This structure reduces the typical administrative burden and allows you to focus on what matters most — strong leadership, culture, quality of care, and outcomes for young people.
