About the Role

We’re working with a well-established children’s home that’s expanding, and we’re looking for people who want to start a career in children’s residential care.

The home is a 2-bed EBD children’s home for young people aged 8–18, based in Nottingham (NG9). You don’t need experience—we care more about who you and if you can make a real difference in a child’s life.

We’re looking for people who:

• Are good with children and young people
• Have a positive attitude and care about making a difference
• Are reliable, resilient, and approachable
• Driving is a bonus!

What’s on Offer

• £12.50 per hour
• £65 per sleep-in
• Average annual salary: £30,000–£33,000
• Flexible: bank, permanent, full-time, or part-time
• 2 on / 4 off shift pattern
• Full training and structured support
• Level 4 Children’s Residential qualification after 1 month
• Opportunities to progress to Level 5 Leadership & Management
