We’re recruiting a Registered Manager for a brand-new children’s home in Bexhill-on-Sea, supporting children and young people with learning disabilities and complex needs. A qualified and experienced Registered Manager (or Deputy ready to step up)

Strong background in supporting children with LD and complex needs

Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and services

A commitment to delivering person-centred, therapeutic care

Confident with regulations, safeguarding, and quality standards
