We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Dual Registered Manager to lead two small 2-bedded children’s homes in the M27 area of Manchester, supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

One home is already established and rated ‘Good’ in all areas, while the second home is newly developed and ready to be registered. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of both settings—building on a strong foundation in one and shaping the vision and culture of a new service from the ground up.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s residential setting
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of Ofsted requirements and EBD care
• Confidence in registering and opening a new service
• Passion for providing high-quality, child-centred care
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
