An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a brand-new 3-bedded home for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Manager within residential childcare, particularly with children with EBD
  • A strong understanding of OFSTED regulations and the ability to meet high standards of care
  • Leadership skills to inspire and motivate your team
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) or equivalent
  • Dedication to making a lasting impact on the lives of vulnerable children
