Shift Pattern: 2 on / 4 off – This includes sleep-in shifts

We are looking for a Residential Support Worker to join our client’s team, working as a role model and mentor to young people, guiding them toward brighter futures. This role is both challenging and rewarding, requiring patience, understanding, and the ability to form trusting relationships with children who need stability and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional and practical support to young people in a residential setting
- Act as a positive role model, encouraging personal development and growth
- Help create a safe, nurturing environment where young people feel valued and supported
- Assist in developing care plans and working closely with a multidisciplinary team
- Support young people with daily activities, education, and social events
- Participate in 2 on/4 off shift patterns, including sleep-in shifts

Requirements:
- Experience working with young people or children, ideally in a residential or care setting
- Full UK driving license
- A genuine passion for helping vulnerable young people
- Willingness to work on a shift basis, including sleep-ins
