This role will oversee an established 5-bedded home in South Croydon, providing care for young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a 5-bedded home for children with EBD.
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional care.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations, providing a safe, nurturing environment for the children.
• Create and implement individual care plans tailored to each young person’s needs.
• Build strong relationships with external agencies and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or willingness to work towards achieving this qualification).
• Proven experience managing within an Ofsted-registered children’s residential care setting.
• Strong knowledge of regulations and best practices in residential childcare.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
