The Opportunity:
As the Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading this brand-new, 3 bedded residential service for young people. Your vision, leadership, and dedication will be the driving force behind building a compassionate and dynamic team, creating a nurturing environment, and developing a high-quality service that will become the gold standard in care provision.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Building: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of caring professionals who are equally committed to our mission. Foster a collaborative and supportive culture that encourages growth and professional development.
- Service Development: Work closely with stakeholders, including families, social services, and relevant authorities, to design and implement individualised care plans that meet the unique needs of each child or young person in our care.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the service adheres to all necessary regulations and standards, maintaining the highest levels of safeguarding, health, and safety.
- Continuous Improvement: Embrace innovation and seek opportunities to enhance our service, staying at the forefront of best practices.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgetary matters, making informed decisions to ensure resources are optimised for the best possible outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: You have a demonstrable track record of successfully managing and leading a care service for children and young people.
- Qualifications: The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of QCF Level 5 leadership & management.
- Passion and Compassion: Your genuine empathy for young individuals facing difficulties drives your commitment to making a positive difference in their lives.
